Arsenal 2-1 Everton:5 things we learned

It was a French affair at emirates as Giroud and Koscielny goals see off the Everton threat.With this win we are on top of the table and Arsenal will remain top of the table if Manchester City fails to win tomorrow against Manchester United.Every game is an important game for Arsenal if we are to win the premier league.Today's game had many happenings and we are here to define what we learn from those happenings.So,below are the things which we learned:

1.Giroud is proving his point.He had a difficult start to the season for club and country both.He was even booed by French fans.What else can be frustrating than:your own countrymen booing you?
Giroud is answering his critics the way he should.He has now scored 5 goals in 5 matches for club and country.Arsene Wenger's trust on Giroud is firm that is why he keeps giving him chances.

2.Do you know Mesut Ozil now has 7 assists,more than anyone else? Many fans have been complaining about his performances but let me tell you,Ozil's work rate is brilliant.He had a couple of rough seasons but now he is settling in quite well.As Muller said:"Arsenal and Mesut Ozil are perfect match for each other".He is making good progress and we wish he keeps playing like this.Here is one amazing stat which every Arsenal fan should be proud of:Mesut Ozil has the best games/assists in the Premier League history-average one every 2.71 matches(min. 20 assists) provider.

3.Arsenal was clearly missing Aaron Ramsey tonight.Chamberlain is a good and worthy alternate but the control which Ramsey brings was missing today.Chamberlain may be quick but Ramsey has the most no of sprints this season.Just when Ramsey scored his first goal of the season,he was struck by an unfortunate injury.Aaron Ramsey has damaged his hamstring and may be out for a month.

4.Arsenal defense still needs a lot of work.Arsenal were quite brilliant defensivelythe other night when they played against Bayern but today,our defenders had no clue.The positioning of our defenders is vulnerable.Our defenders get in to tangle and loose their cool.Arsene Wenger needs to do a lot of work on Arsenal's defense.We should thank Cech for making that brilliant save in last quarter of the game.

5.Cazorla has been boss this season.He has created more chances than anyone else in the premier league.Cazorla's presence in the team has been hugely important.This little magician has a lot of tricks and a good eye for passes.He is a cool player to watch and whenever he is on the ball,things get
eventful.Cazorla played more freely against Everton as he did against Bayern.This shows the dominance Arsenal had over Everton.
