Arsenal To Bid for Cavani In January

Arsenal have failed to sign a quality striker this summer and fans were not happy about this at all. Last season Arsenal's performances increased the hope for Gooners around the globe;with brilliant performances the expectations of the supporters increase and everyone thought that: yes we can win the league next season.Just few amendments were needed just like, we needed a striker and a defensive midfielder.Unfortunately Wenger has failed to secure any deal other than Peter Cech this summer.

New reports say that:Arsenal will throw the dice for Edinson Cavani in January.The Uruguay striker, who is currently playing for PSG; has long been the target of elite premier league clubs including Arsenal.Cavani is valued at £40m currently.

The former Napoli man has lost his form since joining the french side PSG. Rumours suggest that he may move out of France as the relationship between him and Laurent Blanc is getting worse.

According to some Spanish media PSG is willing to sell him if the concerned clubs pay around £45m. Wenger has been keen admirer of the striker and he is serious about bringing him to The Emirates.

Manchester United,Liverpool,Chelsea and Manchester City are also keeping eye on the striker.Lets see if Wenger can bring him in Arsenal.
