Walcott, 26, has signed a four-year deal worth £140,000-a-week.
And Cazorla, 30 is understood to have extended his current contract by another two years.

Robert Lewandowski has dealt Arsene Wenger a huge blow and pledging his short-term future to Bayern Munich.
Goal quote the Polish striker as saying: "I don’t believe the fans have already seen the best of me. I can, and will, be even better this season, I’m certain of that.
"It’s not always easy of course as there are so many factors involved. It’s vital we play well as a team. That’s the most important thing.
"It would be useless to me personally if I was to finish top scorer but we only come second in the Bundesliga and go out of the Champions League in the last sixteen."
Barcelona have denied suggestions they've received offers for their out of favour winger Pedro.
Barca's president, Josep Maria Bartomeu, told ESPN Deportes: "The team is what it is.
"It has been put together. We have the team that our coach wanted - it's done and completed.
"We don't foresee any departures from the team.
"I've read many things about a Pedro departure, but no one has officially addressed our club. Our squad is complete."
